Daily Life, Power, Towers, and the City
We will meet in Siena in the morning for a tour dedicated to the medieval city: not only its most famous monuments, but also everyday life.
During the tour, we will try to reconstruct medieval Siena by talking about customs, food, laws, towers, power, religion, urban spaces, and daily habits.
The idea is to imagine what life was really like in one of the most fascinating cities of the Middle Ages.
So this will not simply be a “beautiful” walk, but a way to read Siena through the eyes of the past and understand why its medieval history is still so present today.
The tour is conducted in Italian only.
The ticket is non-refundable, except in the event that the weather does not allow the tour to take place and the new proposed date is not compatible with your availability.
Due to its duration and topics, this experience is especially recommended for adults or older children/teenagers who are interested in the subject.
